Workforce culture diagnostics
Measure what your people experience, not what the org chart implies.
The problem
Culture gets discussed constantly and measured rarely. Engagement surveys often report satisfaction without explaining behaviour, which leaves leaders with a score and no idea what to change.
The method
We use validated behavioural diagnostics to measure what people actually experience: how decisions get made, whether concerns get raised, how performance is recognised, and where behaviour diverges between levels and teams.
Where the analysis warrants it, we draw on a sister company, the Influential Solutions platform's diagnostic suite — including the High Performance Culture survey and behavioural dichotomies analysis — to segment results by team, level and tenure. Divergence between groups is usually where the real finding sits.
What you receive
- A quantified baseline of current culture, benchmarked where benchmarks exist
- Segmented analysis showing where experience differs across the organisation
- Key findings in plain language, ranked by significance
- A prioritised action plan with owners and sequence
Who this suits
Organisations facing unexplained attrition, a merger or restructure, a governance concern, or a board that has asked for evidence rather than reassurance.
Discuss an engagement
Most engagements begin with a short, confidential conversation about the question you are trying to answer. There is no cost or obligation attached to that discussion.
