NSC Group is an Australian management consultancy led by Pat Sheehan, with a team of twelve consultants working from Darwin to Melbourne. We work with organisations that want to understand their workforce with evidence rather than instinct, across high performance organisational systems, research and analytics, and business planning and advice.
Pat Sheehan
Pat Sheehan is Managing Director of NSC Group, an organisational development professional specialising in enterprise leadership, agile organisations, high performance organisational systems and cultures, business planning and human capital management, with extensive experience in management coaching for business leaders.
He began his career as an Officer in the Australian Army, then studied psychology at the University of Southern Queensland and entered consulting with the John Clements Group in Brisbane. Since then he has moved between consulting and senior in-house human resource and executive roles several times, in Australia and overseas, with mid-tier consulting firms and his own practice. He has previously held senior executive roles in government, hospitality, health and professional services. He is the author of Never Before, an Amazon best seller.
Consulting experience. Pat has delivered assignments for multinational organisations in Australia and overseas across local, state and federal government, banking and finance, retail, heavy industry, airlines, oil and gas, hospital and health services, and professional services. Engagements have included organisational reviews, high performance systems restructures, design and delivery of leadership and other learning programs, merger and integration consulting, organisational culture redesign, and executive coaching for performance improvement — across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.
