Executive and leadership coaching
Online executive coaching, informed by evidence rather than impression
Senior leaders receive less honest feedback the more senior they become. NSC Group coaching opens with validated diagnostics, works on the specific behaviours those diagnostics identify, and re-measures at the close so progress is demonstrated rather than asserted.
- Delivered online, anywhere in Australia and New Zealand
- Coached by Pat Sheehan directly — no associates, no handover
- Enquiries answered personally within 48 hours
- Fees quoted in Australian dollars for both markets

How the engagement runs
Coaching that starts with evidence. Each engagement opens with a diagnostic baseline drawn from a range of validated instruments — leadership behaviour, multi-rater feedback from the people who work above, beside and below the leader, reasoning and judgment, and personality and preference — so the coaching agenda is set by data rather than impression.
From there, a structured programme of coaching sessions over an agreed period, working on the specific behaviours the diagnostics identified. We re-measure at the close so progress is demonstrated, not asserted.
Every session is held online, which is why the practice works with leaders across Australia and New Zealand without travel cost or scheduling friction.
What you receive
- A diagnostic baseline and a confidential debrief with the leader
- Multi-rater feedback showing where self-perception and others' experience diverge
- A written coaching plan with agreed development priorities and success measures
- Scheduled one-to-one coaching sessions over the engagement period
- A themes-level progress summary for the sponsor, without breaching the coaching confidence
- A re-measure at completion against the original baseline
All diagnostics are confidential to the leader and conducted with informed consent. What the sponsor sees is agreed in advance.
Who this suits
Newly appointed executives, leaders stepping up a level, high-potential successors, and senior people whose results are strong but whose behavioural impact is costing the organisation.

Why measurement, not just conversation
The case for psychometrics in coaching
Senior leaders receive less candid feedback the more senior they become, and self-ratings of leadership behaviour correlate only modestly with how peers and direct reports actually experience them. Our whitepaper sets out the evidence for opening a coaching engagement with validated measurement, answers the usual objections, and describes the measure-coach-re-measure loop this practice runs on.

- How quickly will I hear back?

- What does an engagement cost?
- Fees are quoted in Australian dollars for both the Australian and New Zealand markets, and are confirmed in writing after the first conversation once the scope and number of sessions are agreed.
