Victoria has over 20 years’ experience in HR and 15 years at senior, executive and C-suite level. This diverse range of exposure to both commercially driven and values driven organisations provides Victoria with the ability to adapt people strategies to suit the needs of the client organisation and key drivers to achieve the required performance.
Victoria’s passion for employment and industrial relations enables her to use knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and legislation to provide support and structure to benefit the organisation and employees.
