Susan is a Senior Consultant with Nicholson Sheehan Consulting. She has broad experience in all aspects of human resources, learning and development, facilitation, and teaching.
Susan has been a teacher for over 15 years and has taught in both mainstream and special schools. She has also developed, taught, and facilitated adult learning as an industry expert in business and human resource management capacities. She has excellent communication and research skills which enhance client relationships and solutions implementation.
In a corporate capacity, Susan is a talented management consultant with strong business acumen, professional knowledge, and attitude. She has successfully achieved project outcomes in a business and HR capacity in consulting and contract project roles. Her talents also include the written word with her analytical ability to research and investigate data, think critically and creatively, solve complex problems, and collaborate.
Susan’s broad HR and business experience have included successfully developing change management processes, developing, and writing tenders and supplier agreements, and performance management cycle policies and procedures. She has also reviewed and developed recruitment and orientation process and policies, and learning program design. Susan has led projects in the research, development of change management procedures and re-engineering processes.
