Errika is a senior management consultant of NSC Group. Errika has specialist skills in program and project management within large government (Defence) major capital projects and private sector organisations. Her extensive management and military experience includes key skills in leadership, mentoring and coaching.

Errika draws upon strong interpersonal skills to build relationships that enable an understanding of organisational culture and performance. This facilitates insights to develop collaborative remediation plans and ongoing engagement that maintains connection and shared organisational goals. PREVIOUS CONSULTING ASSIGNMENTS

Errika has successfully delivered consulting assignments with a range of multinational organisations, and Commonwealth government entities in Australia. Errika has consulted to the Department of Defence, Boeing Defence Australia, Deloitte, Randstad, GHD Australia, QinetiQ, KBR, Jacobs, Downer, Teekay Shipping and Serco Australia.

Consulting projects have included complex organisational assessments and designing and delivering resulting change programs and business development strategies to capture organisational growth. Specific areas of expertise include logistic and supply chain strategies, commercial contract stewardship, workforce design and capacity planning, training plans and course design, engagement and team / individual performance strategies, facilitation and coaching and leadership development.

OTHER ROLES

Errika has previously held senior leadership and management roles within Australian and multi-national firms.Errika is a non-executive Director and Vice President of the Submarine Institute of Australia, former Director of Queensland RSL Sub Branch and an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy Reserve having served in the Middle East Region in 2019/20. Errika maintained professional accreditations and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Management, an accredited Project Manager and Registered Practicing Logistician.
