Mark Woodbridge is a Director and an entrepreneurial executive who has a long and distinguished career in domestic and international service experience. He has been responsible for consulting assignments that have led to the generation of new sources of revenue and profitability in multiple lines of business. His expertise includes start-up, early-stage growth, and global operations in the private and public sectors. He has been particularly effective and thrives in challenging fast-paced, customer-focused environments, taking organisations through change and challenging conditions to profitable growth.
He is seasoned in providing consultancy on infrastructure design, process reengineering, turnaround management, and reorganisation; he is highly skilled in driving operations, technology, and financial initiatives to exceed organisational objectives.
Mark has had considerable experience in the hotel industry and hospitality education. Mark was a founder and shareholder of Radisson Hotels Pty Limited, which, from a zero base, grew to be one of the largest hotel management companies in the Asia Pacific region. Mark is currently completing his thesis for a PhD focused on disruption in the Australian service sector with a focus on the impact of Online Travel Agents on Australian Four and Five Star hotels.

Mark has lived and worked throughout Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, USA, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and India. He has also conducted various management consulting assignments in the Asia Pacific, South Pacific, South-east Asia, and China.
Mark has led large-scale consulting assignments for the Western Australian and Queensland governments on increasing tourism and tourism management in their states.
