Melanie Caldwell is a highly experienced and successful leadership and management professional. Skilled in leading organisational performance, community engagement and customer experience projects for the state government, higher-education, housing, grant making and philanthropic sectors. Experienced in creating project and program strategies to streamline businesses and develop key partnerships by driving transformational change to workforce and operational systems, processes and procedures. Melanie is a Fellow of the Institute of Management and Leadership, Australia & New Zealand and Chartered Management Institute, UK and is a Chartered Manager. She holds qualifications in management, coaching and mentoring.

Melanie has successfully delivered consulting assignments for state government which included design and implementation of user experience materials, the development of contemporary organisational frameworks, organisational structure design and process and management system improvement.

Melanie has extensive experience as an enterprise leader, having led high-performing teams for most of her career. Particularly skilled in mobilising new and established teams to achieve high performance.

Other consulting projects have included Act systems, procedures and IT development for grant making to community foundations in the UK.
